These teachings offer insights into the categorisation of realities of Mind and Body into the variations of how they exist in our day to day life and practice. These sessions are an indepth exploration of Buddhist Abhidhamma teachings on what western scholars attribute as ‘Buddhist Metaphysics.

  • Discourses of the Buddha

    Every Wednesday
    7 PM - 8.30 PM (UK TIME)

    Suitable for beginners. This weekly session focuses on the Sutta learning. The class provides the opportunity to address questions relating to the Buddha Dhamma and the Practice towards the conducting Buddhist Monk in English. Join the community of Dhamma learners.
